delisted because of the liquidation of the company - the company had been under statutory management with PricewaterhouseCoopers reporting as at 20/07/00 that they had made considerable progress in dealing with the assets of Max - the organic fertiliser assets were sold for NZ$1.275m (net) and the majority of the Australian resource assets were also sold - Max still held a residual interest in 2 listed Australian companies - when those were sold, PWC estimated that the statutory managers would hold funds of approximately NZ$2.2m - creditors total NZ$2.7m	05/03/2001
